Volunteer Opportunities

If you drop off your children for rehearsals, consider staying to help out.  Or perhaps come to drop them off a little earlier to help set up or stay a little later to help stack chairs.  All helping hands are welcome!

We would like to thank all of our wonderful YPP-JSP Parents who have been so helpful this year.  We are so grateful for your energy and enthusiasm! 

Refreshment Committee --- Each week our orchestra members get a well-deserved break for snacks and refreshments. Help with set-up and clean-up.  Contact Person: Orysya Borowski via  dwsn9@aol.com

Mailing Committee ---- Several times a year we hold 'Stamp, Stuff & Seal Sessions' for parents to help with mailings. Contact Person: Caroline Dawson dwsn9@aol.com

Room Set-up & Break-down -- Set up chairs and music stands before and after rehearsal.  Contact Person: Julie Nelson via dwsn9@aol.com

College Fair Committee --  Once-a-year event.  Help with sign-in and registration.  Contact Person:  Ram Narasimhan

Publicity Committee  -- Brochures, letters, posters etc.  Contact: Wendy Thompson via dwsn9@aol.com .

Holiday Basket Raffle -- Creating theme baskets for silent auction during Holiday Concert.  Contact: Kellie Sutliff-Brady via dwsn9@aol.com
